- 1 cup almonds
- 2 dates
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 cups water
Boil a pot of water. Pour almonds in the boiling water and cook for 3 minutes then drain.
While you are boiling the almond, chop up the dates.
Strain the almonds and then remove the skins.
Place the almonds, dates, vanilla and water into a blender and blitz everything on the fastest speed until you get a creamy and think mixture.
Grab a container and place a nut milk bag inside and pour the mixture into the bag.
Wait for all the liquid to strain through and then give the remainder a gentle squeeze.
Keep your milk in the fridge and use within a week.
