Almond Milk

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 2 dates
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 cups water


  1. Boil a pot of water. Pour almonds in the boiling water and cook for 3 minutes then drain.

  2. While you are boiling the almond, chop up the dates.

  3. Strain the almonds and then remove the skins.

  4. Place the almonds, dates, vanilla and water into a blender and blitz everything on the fastest speed until you get a creamy and think mixture.

  5. Grab a container and place a nut milk bag inside and pour the mixture into the bag.

  6. Wait for all the liquid to strain through and then give the remainder a gentle squeeze.

  7. Keep your milk in the fridge and use within a week.
