Baked Salmon

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp oregano dried
  • fresh parsley


  1. In a mixing bowl, please the garlic, olive oil, parsley, salt, pepper and lime juice.

  2. Place the fillets in a glass baking dish and then pour marinade over them.

  3. Place the dish into the fridge for 1 hour. Every 15 minutes turn the fillets so they get and even covering.

  4. Preheat your oven to gas mark 4 (350C / 170C)

  5. Take another glass baking dish and line with foil, have enough in order to cover the dish as well.

  6. Place the fillets on the foil and pour in the marinade.

  7. Cover the dish with the foil and place in the center of the oven

  8. Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
