
Ingredients
- 750 g minced beef
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 onion
- 750 g marinara sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 2 peppers
- 2 packets lasagne sheets
- 1 tin new potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 400 g white sauce
- hard cheese
Instructions

Pre heat oven to Gas Mark 4 (350f / 175c)

Dice the peppers, potatoes, carrots and onion.

In large deep sided frying pan place a tbsp of oil, onion, garlic and mince. Fry for approximately 10 mins.

Add the peppers, carrots and potatoes, rosemary, salt, pepper and tomato puree to the pan.

Allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes

In a large oven dish layer the base with some lasagne sheets, then pour in 1.3 of the mix from the frying pan, followed by a third of the white sauce. Repeat this twice more to fill the dish.

Bake in the centre of the oven for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and cover the top with grated cheese.

Return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes until the cheese has melted and turned golden brown.
