Chicken Wings

  • 1 dozen chicken wings
  • 6 oz hot sauce your favorite
  • 3 oz butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 tsp white vinegar
  • plain flour


  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper



  1. Take all of the ingredients for the seasoning and pour them into a bowl. Give them a good mix for 60 seconds. Alternatively, you can use your favourite shop purchased seasoning.


  1. Get your wings and give them a good wash

  2. Take each wing and rub them into the seasoning. make sure they get a good even coating.

  3. Place the wings into a bowl, cover and place into a fridge for 1-2 hours.

  4. Heat up your deep fat fryer or use oil in a wok/frying pan.

  5. Deep fry each of the wings for approximately 10 minutes. When done place them into a glass dish. Give all the wings a good even coating of hot sauce. Be careful not to use too much and send your guests running!!

  6. Serve them immediately with a dressing of your choice.
