
Buffalo Style Chicken Wings
Ingredients
Chicken Wings
- 1 dozen chicken wings
- 6 oz hot sauce your favorite
- 3 oz butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp white vinegar
- plain flour
Seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions
Seasoning

Take all of the ingredients for the seasoning and pour them into a bowl. Give them a good mix for 60 seconds. Alternatively, you can use your favourite shop purchased seasoning.
Wings

Get your wings and give them a good wash

Take each wing and rub them into the seasoning. make sure they get a good even coating.

Place the wings into a bowl, cover and place into a fridge for 1-2 hours.

Heat up your deep fat fryer or use oil in a wok/frying pan.

Deep fry each of the wings for approximately 10 minutes. When done place them into a glass dish. Give all the wings a good even coating of hot sauce. Be careful not to use too much and send your guests running!!

Serve them immediately with a dressing of your choice.
