
Buttery Almond Cookies with Cranberries and Chocolate Chunks

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Flour
- 3/4 cup almond meal
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 sticks butter room temp
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 10 oz dark chocolate
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Instructions

Chop chocolate into small pieces.

In a bowl, mix together flour, almond meal, baking soda and salt.

In a separate bowl cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar.

Add vanilla and eggs one at a time. Gradually beat in flour mixture

Stir chopped chocolate and cranberries.

Drop batter by the teaspoon onto cookie sheets.

Bake at 375F for 10 minutes or untill lightly brown
