Ingredients
- 1.5 lb flour
- 1.5 teaspoon salt
- 2 oz butter
- 1 tablespoon carraway seeds
- 1/2 pint milk
- 3/4 pint water
Instructions

Pour the flour and salt into a mixing bowl and rub in the butter

Add the carraway seeds

Mix the milk and water together, then pour into the mixture. Form a light, soft dough.

Place the dough into a greased bread tin.

Bake in the middle of the oven for 75 minutes at Gas Mark 4.
