Carrot Fries With Breakfast Bacon

  • 1 kg carrots
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 20 g sea salt
  • 200 g bacon breakfast
  • 6 tbspn mayonnaise
  • 1 tbspn citrus juice
  • 1 tsp cajun herbs


  1. Preheat oven at 200c

  2. Peel and cut the carrots into thick strips. Put them into a bowl, add olive oil and sea salt then shake it around so the carrot strips are covered.

  3. Cut the bacon into thin strips and wrap these around the carrots. Put them onto a baking tray that has been treated with anti sticky spray. Bake the carrot fries for 20 min

  4. For the sauce use a small bowl, add in mayonnaise, citrus and Cajun herbs. Mix it together until blended well.

  5. Serve Carrot fries with the Cajun-mayonnaise.
