Ingredients
- 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley minced
- 6 gloves of garlic minced
- 1 medium shallot minced
- 2 dried arbol chilis finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup olive oil Juice of half a lemon
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl except for olive oil.

Slowly drizzle in oil while whisking the herb mixture.

Serve immediately or cover and chill, stirring before serving.
