- 4 ozs Flour
- 2 ozs mashed potato
- 1 oz butter
- The Filling
- 4 ozs vegetables mixed / diced
- 4 ozs minced meat
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon worcester sauce
Cook the mince and add in any stock you wish for flavour
Cook your choice of vegetables and dice them.
Mix the vegetables and mince together. add the salt, pepper and parsley.
Cream butter and potato, work in flour. Add a small amount of water if required.
Sprinkle some flour onto the work surface and place the pasty mix in the middle.
Roll out the pastry into a narrow strip. approx 7cm wide. you can change this to your own needs.
Carefully spoon the mixture into the center of the pastry from one end to the other.
Carefully fold over the pastry and seal the edges to form a long sausage.
Cut into approximately 16 portions and place on a well greased baking tray.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 30mins. Until cooked trhough and pastry is golden brown.
