Crab Cakes with Mango salsa

Ingredients

Crab Cakes

  • 1 can of crab meat
  • 2 table spoon red pepper finely chopped
  • 2 Green onions finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp mayo
  • 1/4 cup white onion finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Mango Salsa

  • 1 mango
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup red pepper chopped
  • 1/4 red onion chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lime

Instructions

Crab Cakes

  1. Mix it all up until it holds together so you can form patties.

  2. Pan fry them in butter until they are golden brown.

Mango Salsa

  1. Chop up one mango and one avocado. Make sure the avocado isn't over ripe. It needs to hold its shape. Add red pepper, red onion,

  2. Splash fresh squeezed lime and lemon juice.

  3. And serve fresh with the crab cakes
