Ingredients
- 1 lb flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1.5 oz butter
- 1/2 pint milk
Instructions

Pour the flour and salt into a mixing bowl and rub in the butter

Add the currants

Add the milk to the mixture and make into a soft dough

Place the dough in a greased bread tin

Bake in the center of the oven for approximately 1 hour. Gas Mark 4
