Easy Mango Sorbet

  • 4 cups frozen mango
  • 1 valencia orange
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy in texture.

  2. Serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

if you want to make this and serve it later, you can just transfer the mixture into a cupcake tray and store in the freezer. Another nice trick is to keep the orange casing. Place this in the freezer and use it as a serving bowl. Saves on the washing up!!
