Easy Mango Sorbet
- 4 cups frozen mango
- 1 valencia orange
- 1 tbsp agave nectar
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy in texture.
if you want to make this and serve it later, you can just transfer the mixture into a cupcake tray and store in the freezer. Another nice trick is to keep the orange casing. Place this in the freezer and use it as a serving bowl. Saves on the washing up!!
