Garlic Sriracha Wings
- 6 1/2 pounds chicken wings
- 3 tablespoons baking powder
- 3 tablespoons sriracha powder
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder

- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup sriracha sauce
- 3 garlic cloves , minced
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line a very large baking sheet with foil
Prepare your wings place in a large bowl. Sprinkle with baking powder, salt and pepper.
Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Then raise oven heat to 425 degrees F and bake for 25 minutes.
Dry Rub combine ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
Sauce combine ingredients in a small sauce pan a simmer for 3 minutes.
