German Oven Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Flour
  • 2/3 up Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 3 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven to 400°F Melt 1 Stick of butter in a 13" X 9" Pan Remove from Oven and Preheat Over to 450°F

  2. Blend together the following ingredients for 2 Minutes Eggs, Flour, Sugar, Salt, Milk

  3. Pour Blended Batter into Pan with Melted Butter

  4. Put butter batter into 450°F Oven for 20 Minutes

  5. Lower temperature to 350°F Leave in Oven for 8 more minutes

  6. Remove and let set for 5 Minutes
