Greek Salad

  • 2 cups tomatoes chopped
  • 2 cups cucumbers chopped
  • 1 cup red onion diced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/3 cup olives
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh oregano chopped
  • salt and pepper


  1. Combine the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, feta cheese and olives in a large bowl and stir lightly to combine.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, oregano and salt and pepper. Pour over the vegetables and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
