Ground Caraway Bread
- 1 lb self-raising flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1.5 oz butter
- 2 teaspoon ground carraway seeds
- 1/4 pint milk
- 1/4 pint water
Mix the water and the milk together in a jug.
Mix the flour, salt and ground carraway seeds together in a bowl.
Rub in the butter and mix into a soft dough using the milk/water mix.
Once ready, put the mixture into a greased bread tin and bake in a moderate oven for approximately 1 hour.
