Ham & Eggsalad rolls

In the aftermath of Easter, you're always faced with the problem of having left over eggs. So here is a neat quick and easy  recipe to finish up leftovers of easter

Servings 8 portions


Egg salad:

  • 3 large chicken eggs
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 15 g cornichons small, crunchy gherkins
  • 1 level tbsp freshly grated horseradish root


  1. Chop the cornichons and capers finely, combine with the remaining ingredients. This becomes the salad mixture

  2. Spread the salad mixture on each portion of ham a teaspoon would do it, and gently to form a neat roll.
