  • 4 cups plum tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 chile
  • tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper


  1. Stir together all ingredients in a bowl. Let stand at least 30 minutes. Store leftover Pico de Gallo in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 1 week.
