Ingredients
- 75 g plain flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 55 g caster sugar
- 60 ml milk
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 25 g dark chocolate melts
- 100 s and 1000s or shredded coconut to decorate
Instructions

Pre heat the over to Gas Mark 4 (350F 170C)

Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a medium sized mixing bowl, mix in the sugar.

In a glass bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, oil and extract.

Merge the contents of the two bowls and mix until smooth.

Take a 12 hole mini doughnut pan and fill it with mixture.

Place in the center of the oven for approximately 8-10 minutes or until cooked and golden.

Allow the doughnuts to cool slightly and then turn out onto a cooling rack.
