Pumpkin Bread

Servings 1 loaf

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • 1 ½ cup Flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp cloves
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup pumpkin canned

Instructions

  1. Cream sugar and butter together in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Beat in eggs and pumpkin until light. Stir in dry ingredients until well blended.

  3. Bake in greased 9×5 pan for 45 minutes.

  4. Cool for 15 minutes in pan, then turn out onto a cooling rack and allow to cool completely.
