Ingredients
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp ginger
- 1 ½ cup Flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp cloves
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- ½ cup butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup pumpkin canned
Instructions

Cream sugar and butter together in a large mixing bowl.

Beat in eggs and pumpkin until light. Stir in dry ingredients until well blended.

Bake in greased 9×5 pan for 45 minutes.

Cool for 15 minutes in pan, then turn out onto a cooling rack and allow to cool completely.
