Red Berry Celery Smoothie

Servings 2 glasses

Ingredients

  • 4 stalks celery
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 red apple
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. For this recipe, you will need a blender / food processor. Preferably something with a good amount of power to break down everything.

  2. Add all the ingredients into the blender.

  3. Turn the blender to full power and keep going until you end up with a rich smooth and creamy mixture.

  4. Pour out into 1-2 glasses and serve immediately.
