Ingredients
- 1 jalapeno
- 2 scallion
- 4 oz of salmon
- 2 tbsp panko bread crumb
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 1 tsp yuzu paste
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp old bay seasoning
- 2 tsp whole grain mustard
Instructions

Dice jalapeno, after removing seeds and membrane

Chop up 2 scallion

Dice fresh salmon into 1 cm cubes

Add panko bread crumb, mayo, yuzu paste,salt/pepper to taste, bay seasoning, grain mustard form into patties and let it sit in the fridge for about 15 mins

When ready to cook, add oil to pan and pan sear on med heat for 4 mins per side.
