Simple Salsa

  • 6 medium tomatoes
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lime
  • Handful fresh coriander
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper


  1. Place the tomatoes in a bowl of boiling water for 5minutes. Take them out, peel and finely chop them.

  2. Finely chop the onion and crush the garlic.

  3. Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl. Take a wooden spoon and gently stir all the ingredients together.

  4. When well-mixed place the bowl in the fridge until needed.
