Ingredients
- 1 lbs butter
- 4 cups Flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup rice flour
Instructions

Thoroughly cream the butter and sugar. Add vanilla and mix.

Add rice flour and mix thoroughly. add the flour until you get a dry dough.

Pour it in a 8X8 pan so they would be thick. Prick then with a fork before putting in the oven.

Bake at 300 degrees for about 25 minutes. They should be golden brown around the edges.

Cut them immediately when they come out of the oven and then let cool.
