Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup biscuit/baking mix
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup cubed fully cooked ham
  • 2/3 cup 2% milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 small onion finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients one by one In a large bowl until its all nicely blended.

  2. Cook it covered, on a low heat for 3 hours or until the eggs are set.
