Spinach and Yoghurt Smoothie

Servings 2 glasses

Ingredients

  • 1/2 bunch spinach
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 red apple
  • 1 cup mango chunks
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. For this recipe you will need a blender / food processor. Preferably something with a good amount of power to break down everything.

  2. Add all the ingredients into the blender.

  3. Turn the blender to full power and keep going until you end up with a rich smooth and creamy mixture.

  4. Pour out into 1-2 glasses and serve immediately.
