Ingredients
- 2 cups pasta
- 1/4 cup spinach
- 1 avocado
- 2 garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- pepper & salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice

Boil the pasta as per package instructions

Heat a small pan and add a tsp of oil with spinach and garlic. Saute till its cooked. Using a blender pulse the ripe avocado with spinach, olive oil, pepper, salt and lemon juice.

Heat up the mixture for 2 minutes and then add creamy mixture to the cooked pasta
