Strawberry and Cashew Smoothie

Servings 2 glasses

Ingredients

  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 small can of coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. For this recipe you will need a blender / food processor. Preferably something with a good amount of power to break down everything.

  2. Start off by adding all the ingredients into the blender.

  3. Turn the blender to full power and keep going until you end up with a rich smooth and creamy mixture.

  4. Pour out into 1-2 glasses and serve immediately.
