Ingredients

  • 2 Portobobello Mushrooms
  • 5 oz Chorizo Sausage
  • 1/2 Small Tomato Diced
  • 1 Medium Anaheim Chili Pepper
  • 2 Tb Green Onion Diced
  • 3 oz Cream Cheese
  • 3 oz ColbyJack
  • 1 Tb Butter

Instructions

  1. Saute chili and green onion in butter for 5 min. On med/high

  2. Add Sausage and Tomato for 7 min on med/high

  3. Reduce to low and add cheese and mix thoroughly

  4. Fill Portobello and bake at 325 for 17 min
