Ingredients
- 2 Portobobello Mushrooms
- 5 oz Chorizo Sausage
- 1/2 Small Tomato Diced
- 1 Medium Anaheim Chili Pepper
- 2 Tb Green Onion Diced
- 3 oz Cream Cheese
- 3 oz ColbyJack
- 1 Tb Butter

Saute chili and green onion in butter for 5 min. On med/high

Add Sausage and Tomato for 7 min on med/high

Reduce to low and add cheese and mix thoroughly

Fill Portobello and bake at 325 for 17 min
