
Ingredients
- 225 g butter softened
- 110 g caster sugar
- 275 g plain flour
- 1 packet Sour Sweets
Instructions

Pre heat the oven to Gas Mark 4 (350F/170C)

Grease/paper a baking sheet.

In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients you form a nice dough like texture.

Take some of the mixture and roll into a ball.

Place onto the baking sheet and gently press down, this is to stop it moving.

Bake in the center of the oven for approximately 10 minutes, until golden brown.

When your cookies are ready to come out of the oven, they will be soft. At this point start placing the sweets into the cookies.

Depending on the size of the sour sweet you may wish to cut them up into small pieces.
Recipe Notes
I do not suggest putting the sweets into the mixture before baking as they will likely melt and make a lovely mess on your baking tray…..been there, done that!! In this recipes we used Tangfastics, any of your favourite sour sweets will work.
