Sweet and Spicy Popcorn
- 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 100 g microwave popcorn
Place the popcorn into the microwave and follow the instructions on the packet for cooking.
Put the chili powder, sugar and butter into a microwavable bowl and zap on a medium setting (until the butter has melted).
Stir the mixture to dissolve the sugar completely.
Empty your freshly cooked popcorn into a large bowl.
Pour the hot mixture over the popcorn and toss.
