Ingredients
- 2-3 Small Habenero Peppers
- 2 Serrano Peppers
- 1/2 Cup White Distilled Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar
- 4 Cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 Lime Juiced
- 1.5 tsp Potato Starch
- 2 Tbsp Fish Sauce
- 4 Tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Ketchup
Instructions

Begin by dicing the peppers and garlic. Stage your fresh ingredients while you work on the sauce base.

In a sauce pot, add the water, vinegar, fish sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, chili garlic paste, and potato starch. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally until it reaches your desired consistency

Remove from heat and add in the peppers, garlic, and lime juice.

Stir until evenly mixed. Let the sauce cool before serving. In a mason jar, the sauce should be good for 2 weeks in the fridge
