Vanilla Chai Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp powdered ginger
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Put in fridge until cold.
