
Winter Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
- 100 g Mushrooms
- 70 g Onions
- 80 g Carrots
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tsp garlic herbs
- 1 liter water
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp parmesan cheese rind
- 80 g Kale
Instructions

Slice and dice Mushrooms. Onions, carrots, and put the water to boil.

Slice up the tomatoes then tomatoes, garlic, herbs and to the pot and let it simmer for 5 min.

Add in soy sauce, parmesan cheese rind. then continue simmer for 5 mins

Add the Kale and let it all simmer for another 20 mins
