Anchovy Pasta

  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup anchovies
  • 2 tbspn parsley
  • 1 cup green olives
  • 2 tbspn olive oil
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 handfulls pasta


  1. Start water to boil

  2. Put 1/2 cup of oil in a pan at low heat. Add in the garlic.

  3. Slice/chop green olives.

  4. Dump one tin of anchovies in the mix. Stir until the fish turn to goo.

  5. Add the briny stuff to the fishy stuff

  6. Cut up tomatoes

  7. Cook the pasta as per pasta box instruction

  8. Put the pasta on the plate and add the mixture, tomatoes, parsley to it
