- 280 grams Flour
- 320 grams Dutch processed cocoa powder
- 5 g baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 480 ml vegetable oil
- 900 grams sugar
- 8 large eggs
- 20 ml vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350F/180C
Mix all the dry ingredients except for the sugar in a bowl and set it aside.
In a separate bowl, mix in your vegetable oil and sugar until combined.
Beat in the eggs and mix until the mixture is a pale yellow. Then add the vanilla and finish mixing.
Mix in the dry ingredients until the batter is smooth.
Using a greased 1/2 sheet tray [13x19] place your batter in and bake for about 20-35 minutes or until you pierce it with a knife and it comes out clean.
