Cheese Pudding

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 pint milk
  • 5 ozs cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tea mustard


  1. Pre heat your oven to Gas Mark 4

  2. Beat the eggs

  3. Boil the milk, stir in the brumbs

  4. Remove from the heat then add, cheese, salt, pepper, mustard and the eggs.

  5. Pour mixture into a baking dish and bake for approximately 30 mins on Gas Mark 4
