Grandmas Tagliatelle

  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 100 g ham
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 75 ml cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper


  1. Heat a pan of water and cook your pasta following the directions on the packet.

  2. Place a medium-sized pan over a medium heat.

  3. Slice the mushrooms, ham and tomatoes into strips.

  4. Slice the garlic and add to the pan.

  5. Add the mushrooms and ham to the pan and saute for approximately 5 mins.

  6. Slice the tomatoes and add to the pan.

  7. Cook for a further few minutes then stir the mixture.

  8. Add the salt and pepper to the mixture and stir.

  9. When the pasta is cooked drain the water and add it to the mixture in the pan.

  10. Add the cream to the pan and stir it all together.

  11. Cook for a further 3-5 minutes.

  12. When cooked, serve hot.
