- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Juice of 3 limes
- 1 jalapeno diced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 tortillas pre made
Combine all ingredients in a Ziploc bag and let marinate in the refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight.
Remove chicken from the bag and grill on your grill of choice until cooked thoroughly. Let the cooked chicken rest for 5 minute
Heat up a pan on low heat and lightly bake the tortillas for 5 min
Then chop the chicken to your liking. Serve on warm tortillas and top with your favorite taco toppings.
