Zoom Zoom Shrimp Pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 10 shrimps
- 2 sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 handful parmesan
Heat a pan of water and cook your pasta following the directions on the packet.
Take a large pan heat on a medium flame and add a tbsp of oil.
Slice onion and garlic and saute in the pan for a few minutes.
Add the shrimps to the skillet, followed by the sun dried tomatoes.
Sprinkle the salt and pepper for flavouring and toss lightly until cooked.
Add the pasta to the pan and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl for serving.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and parmesan
